Cape Town metro (Century City, Sea Point, Constantia, Rondebosch) ships twice a week. Delivery is charged at the courier rate for your suburb - we do not mark it up, and we cannot absorb it.
Stellenbosch, Paarl and Somerset West are our newest zone - we dispatch on Wednesdays only and the courier is chilled, not frozen.
